Before You Send

Joining a TV Game

You need an Apple TV device running Glama Llama Host. Open Glama Llama Player on your iPhone or iPad, choose Join a TV Game, select the host and enter its four-digit code.

Can’t Find Your Host?

Keep both apps open and all devices on the same local network. Allow Local Network access when prompted. Guest Wi-Fi may prevent devices from finding each other.

Playing Without a TV

Choose Practice Mode in the iPhone or iPad Player app. Practice works offline without a TV or account. Tap Back to return home.

Glama’s Voice Is Quiet

Check the Apple TV’s volume and internet connection. If narration is unavailable, use Continue the show on the Player app when it appears.

Privacy Questions

Choose Privacy Request in the form. Tell us what you need without including sensitive account or payment information.
